Shipping & Handling Fees
If you were not charged for shipping fees at the time of placing your order, an invoice for shipping and handling will be sent to you prior to sending your order. If the site only charges you shipping for one cage and multiples are ordered, you will be invoiced for the additional shipping charges prior to processing the order. All international orders will be invoiced separately for additional international shipping and handling fees. Items will ship when shipping and handling charges are paid in full.
Refunds are given per the following:
- 75% will be refunded if materials for custom orders have not been ordered
- 50% will be refunded if a custom order has already been started or completed
- 100% of shipping charges will be refunded as long as the order has not shipped
Shipping Policy
DAMAGE CLAIMS, LOST SHIPMENTS, AND REIMBURSEMENT:
Once a shipment has left our facility, claims for damages and/or lost packages are the responsibility of the purchaser. All claims should be made directly to the shipping company. Upon request, we will assist the purchaser in filing any claims.
*In order to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier, inspect the contents of your shipment immediately and notify the driver of any signs of damage at the time of delivery. The carrier may request to inspect the damaged package(s) to determine the cause of damage and verify proper packing materials were used. They may inspect the package at the receiver's site, and/or may collect the package for inspection. Retain all packaging and materials for such inspections.
If a claim with a shipping carrier for lost and/or damaged shipments is approved, the purchaser will need to wait for restitution from the shipping carrier, not from us. If the carrier approves/issues a claim and awards reimbursement to our company, rather than the purchaser, the purchaser will be reimbursed by us only at the time that claim is granted and received by us.

Pricing Disclaimer
All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Glider Nursery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
