If your order is for a Glide-arium™, please remember these take 3-6 weeks to ship.
Shipping charges are invoiced at the time of the order and apply for domestic shipping. If, for some reason, you were not charged shipping for each Glide-arium™ mesh enclosure at the time of check-out, I will send an invoice upon completion of the order for the shipping charges. Items will be shipped upon payment of shipping fees.
Refunds are given per the following:
International Orders: Please be aware that you were NOT charged for international shipping at the time of your order. Domestic shipping charges are automatically charged. You will be invoiced the difference when the order is complete. Items will ship upon receipt of international shipping charges.
Please be aware that international shipping charges can exceed $80.00 per Glide-arium™.

- 75% will be refunded if materials for custom orders have not been ordered
- 50% will be refunded if a custom order has already been started or completed
- 100% of shipping charges will be refunded as long as the order has not shipped
