Contract Template
I have been contacted numerous times by various breeders asking if they can copy and/or use portions of my contract. I've never had an issue with it, and have never claimed to have written the original. However, I thought it would be easy to just offer it as a template. Simply open the document in Microsoft Word, fill in the header/footer and the highlighted areas, and its all yours.
